Reliable for garden essentials

I've ordered from Squires several times now, mostly for bulkier items like aggregates or specific shrubs. This time I needed more lawn care products. The process was smooth, just like my previous orders. They're consistently reliable with their delivery times, and the quality of what arrives is always what I expect. That consistency is why I keep coming back.

Quick delivery, good pots

Ordered some planters. Arrived in 4 days. Pots were well-packaged and look good. Happy with purchase.

Detailed review of garden tools order

I placed an order for several garden tools – a new spade, a rake, and a pair of gardening gloves. The ordering process on the website was straightforward; I found everything I needed quickly. Delivery took about five business days to reach my home in Kent, which was within the estimated timeframe. Everything was well-packaged, arriving in a sturdy box with no damage. The spade and rake feel robust and comfortable to use, indicating good quality. The gloves were a decent fit and seem durable for general gardening tasks. I didn't need to contact support, so I can't speak to that, but based on this purchase, I would use them again for garden essentials. No issues with product descriptions or accuracy. Overall, a solid experience for garden tool shopping.

Decent, but delivery could improve

I ordered a garden furniture bistro set and some indoor plants. The furniture is solid and looks great in my small patio area, and the plants arrived healthy. The website was easy enough to navigate. My main issue was with the delivery tracking; it wasn't as detailed as I'd hoped, so I wasn't completely sure when to expect the furniture. Everything arrived intact though, and customer service was helpful when I called about the plants.

Good value for a new gardener

I bought a few outdoor plants and some compost during their seasonal sale. It was my first time buying from Squires online. The prices were quite good, especially with the clearance discount on the plants. I felt like I got a good amount for what I paid, which is important when you're just starting out with a garden. The overall savings made it feel worth the purchase.

Got my bird feeder stuff

Needed to restock my bird feeder supplies, so I popped over to Squires online. Picked up some bird care items and a new feeder. It all came pretty fast, like within a week. The feeder looks nice, and the birds seem to like the food. Easy peasy, no fuss. Just what I needed.
